• A new two-story medical office building located on a 4.5-acre site.
• Departments include: OB/GYN, imaging, urgent care, physical therapy, procedural pre-assessment, common area toilets and entrance and waiting areas.
• Building configuration was designed to be as efficient and effective as possible utilizing shared meeting, reception/check-in/check-out, waiting and break room spaces.
• Design included roof-top air handling units specified with on-board direct digital controls that were programmed with our sequences of operation, ensuring a sustainable, energy efficient facility.
• Designed to be energy efficient and meets LEED requirements.
