• Complex renovation to correct deficiencies directly related to the insufficient size of existing operating rooms and the configuration of the operating room suite.
• The project creates two new hybrid operating rooms and modernizes, and enlarges four standard operating rooms in Building 2.
• Existing air handling units were replaced with two (2) new custom-built rooftop air-handling units that serve the hybrid and standard operating rooms.
• Two new chillers were installed to provide cooling to the new OR Air Handling Units.
