This project modernizes the mechanical infrastructure of Building 143 through a comprehensive replacement of aging HVAC equipment. The scope includes consolidating four (4) existing air handling units into two high-performance modern units, eliminating outdated reheat coils and radiant panels in favor of variable air volume (VAV) terminal units for precise zone-level climate control, and replacing existing pumps with new efficient models to reduce energy consumption and maintenance overhead.
