- New greenfield 36 bed hospital, with two (2) operating rooms, C-Section, procedure room, Endoscopy, and full imaging department.
- Designed for future vertical and horizontal expansion. Provisions made in design for the addition of future infrastructure capacity.
- Stationary infrastructure, such as piping and underground utilities, were sized to accommodate the future growth.
- New central energy plant serves the entire campus houses, two (2) 350 BHP boilers, and two (2) 1.5MW emergency generators.
- The chilled water plant is located on the ground floor of the hospital, and it houses four (4) 450-ton variable speed chillers, primary and secondary chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, and associated accessories.
- The cooling towers are located in a service yard along with two 20,000-gallon above ground fuel oil tanks which provide enough fuel to operate the generators and boilers for up to 125 hours.
