Michael’s role as Managing Partner and Operations Manager allows for application of leadership fundamentals learned while serving in the United States Marine Corps. Michael is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is also a certified Journeyman in the field of Tool and Die making, which helps to ensure constructability and functionality are maintained in our designs.

Greg is a graduate of North Carolina State University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Greg began his early career working for a plumbing contractor. This experience ignited his interest in mechanical engineering and has helped to mold his approach to engineering projects and construction issues.
