Charlotte Engineers provided MEP and Fire Protection engineering design services for the new Behavioral Health Department on the first and second floor.
As part of the project, we commissioned the following systems:

- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Fire Alarm & Fire Protection
- Building Automation System
The building commissioning services provided met the FGI Guidelines for the Construction of Hospitals (2018), section 1.2-8, Commissioning and the North Carolina Energy Code (2018), section C408 – System Commissioning.
