• This project involved a comprehensive planning initiative across four VA Medical Centers in Western Ohio—Chillicothe, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus—and encompassed outpatient clinics, skilled nursing, rehabilitation housing, and mental health services.

• While adhering to the funding limits established by Congress, our team created a 10-year strategy for the following:
  • Expanding the campuses
  • Addressing increasing healthcare demands in the region
  • Modernizing infrastructure and operations

• The client received a detailed operating plan that enables strategic growth and modernization for all four campuses.
