JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
Administrative experience in Architecture, Engineering, or the Construction industry preferrred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Effective time management
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task effectively
Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support in preparation of high quality proposals
Assist with maintaining social media presence
Organize and maintain marketing resources
Travel coordination and planning for conferences
Provide back-up telephone answering duties
Provide administrative support for engineering staff
