JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:
  • Administrative experience in Architecture, Engineering, or the Construction industry preferrred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Effective time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical support in preparation of high quality proposals
  • Assist with maintaining social media presence
  • Organize and maintain marketing resources
  • Travel coordination and planning for conferences
  • Provide back-up telephone answering duties
  • Provide administrative support for engineering staff
